If the items are lost in delivery or logistic is not updated over 30 days, we will give a full refund or resend.

If customers place an order at PrintKK, but the product is out of stock and we haven't notified customers in advance, which causes unnecessary loss for customers, PrintKK gives full refund and 10% product price compensation.
