To achieve the best print results and ensure a seamless design process, please prepare your files according to these industry-standard requirements:
1. Supported File Formats 🖼️
We currently support the following formats:
-PNG: Best for designs with transparent backgrounds (Highly Recommended).
-JPG: Ideal for high-resolution photos without transparency.
-SVG: Perfect for vector-based graphics and sharp logos.
2. File Size & Resolution Limits 📐
-Maximum File Size: 100 MiB for JPG/PNG; 20 MiB for SVG.
-Maximum Resolution: Up to 150,000,000 pixels (total area).
3. DPI (Dots Per Inch) Guidelines 🔍
-DPI determines the sharpness of your physical print.
-Minimum Requirement: At least 150 DPI for most products to avoid pixelation.
-Best for Clarity: 300 DPI is highly recommended for intricate designs or smaller items to ensure every detail is captured perfectly.
4. Dimensions & Pixel Requirements 📏
Because every product (from t-shirts to wallpaper) has a unique print area, pixel requirements vary.
How to check: You can find the specific recommended dimensions (px) inside the Design Tool for each individual product. Pro Tip: Always design at the exact size or larger than the required dimensions to prevent stretching.
