There are some situations that store orders may not be imported.
1. The orders' data has not been sent to PrintKK completely.It will take some time for PrintKK to import orders. And the time depends on how the third-party store sends data to us by API. So, if there are no new store orders after your customer's purchasing. Please just wait a minute. Of course, order importing is very quickly, normally, it will only take a few seconds. Also, you can manually require getting orders by using the 'Refresh data' function.
2. The store orders include products that are not synced with PrintKK designs. And you don't open import unsynced orders options. You could check it in the store settings/syncing settings.However, please note, the new setting only works for future orders. You can edit orders in your store backend and orders will be updated. Or, you can also ask us to fix it.
3. The store orders include products that are ignored by yourself. Unignoring them will fix it.Still, the operation only works for future orders.
