Sometimes, if we have some coupon events, coupons will be sent automatically, some customers won't notice the coupon choosen when unpaid the order. So, when he places the second order, coupon is missing or not used again.
This situation, if you want to get your coupon back, you need to cancel the unpaid order before, after that, coupon can use it again.
How to cancel the unpaid order?
1. Click user name into dashboard-Orders
2. View unpaid order details
3. Click 'cancel' button and click 'get it'
When order into gray one, suggesting status cancellation, congratulations, you can use that coupon again.
