How do I enable automatic payments and fulfillment? 🚀

Automating your workflow allows PrintKK to process your Shopify orders the moment they come in, so you can focus on marketing while we handle the rest.

Follow these three essential steps to set up your hands-free fulfillment:

1️⃣ Enable Auto-Payment for Your Store

First, authorize PrintKK to pull orders from your specific store:

🔸Go to Dashboard → Stores

🔸Find your Store and click Settings

🔸Toggle the [Auto Payment] switch to ON.

2️⃣ Connect an Automatic Billing Method

Currently, PrintKK utilizes PayPal for secure, automated billing.

🔸Go to Dashboard → Finance & Marketing → Billing Methods

🔸Click Add PayPal to link your account.

Pro Tip: You can link your preferred credit or debit card within your PayPal account as the primary funding source.

Alternative: If you prefer manual control, you can skip this step and manually top up your wallet periodically.

3️⃣ Activate Auto-Recharge for Your Wallet

To ensure your production never pauses due to a low balance:

🔸Go to Dashboard → Finance & Marketing → My Wallet → Settings

🔸Enable [Auto-Recharge].

When your balance falls below your set limit, the system will automatically top up your wallet via your linked PayPal account.

📌 Important Reminders:

🔸Immediate Production: Once these steps are complete, incoming Shopify orders will be paid automatically and move directly into Production.

🔸Personalized Orders Exception: Orders requiring custom design tweaks or manual approval will not be paid automatically. You must review and confirm the final design before production begins.
