Eligible for Replacement: We provide single-tile replacements for manufacturing defects, including peeling, inverted/misaligned patterns, or uncleanable ink overflow. Issues such as missing tiles, incorrect tile types, or visible cracks/chips caused during transit are also fully covered.
Refunds & Limitations: Partial refunds are issued for defects within a reasonable range; we do not accept full-order returns for minor individual flaws. For major unfixable issues, such as severe color deviation or large-scale damage, a partial refund or order remake will be negotiated upon verification.
Important Notes: These mahjong tiles are hand-carved and hand-colored. Small handmade inconsistencies are normal and do not qualify for after-sales service. Slight surface ink overflow is common; simply wipe with a clean, damp cloth.
Warm Reminder: Due to variations in production batches, machinery and equipment, there may be small color, position and/or size differences.
