Fulfilment time calculation
Fulfilment time calculation: Our daily order cut-off time is 12:00 AM (CST). For instance, if we receive payment for your orders at 11:59 PM on the 9th of the month, the fulfilment time will start from the 10th. However, if the order is placed at 12:00 AM on the 10th, the fulfilment time will be calculated from the 11th. The fulfilment process is considered complete when the tracking information shows "pick up."

A refund of 2% of the product price will be given for each day the item is delayed.
4-6 days late
A refund of 4% of the product price will be given for each day the item is delayed.
7-10 days delayed
Free fast delivery or we will provide a $10 voucher, if you have already selected this at checkout.
Over 10 days late
Free expedited shipping. If the customer is already using express shipping, provide a $20 coupon or cancel the order with a full refund and a $10 coupon.
