Return and Refund

STATEMENT

You acknowledge and agree that goods produced by us for you are bespoke, custom-made goods, produced specifically for you once you place an order. We do not hold stock and would not, but for your order, have produced the goods. You further agree that you do not have the right to change your mind with respect to digital products delivered to you immediately. Except where goods, including digital products, are faulty, you have no right to cancel any order or return any goods if the items are not damaged or defective; all orders are final. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.

We offer a generous return and refund policy, any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUND REQUESTS

  • Non-obvious colour difference - PrintKK uses different processes to print your designs. It is based on the raw material of the products you selected, so the final products may have a colour difference from the mockup. Therefore, PrintKK reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
  • Wrong shipping address - PrintKK does not refund, exchange, or re-ship an order if the shipping address is incorrect.
  • The size doesn't fit - PrintKK does not refund, exchange or accept returns if the size doesn't fit. You need to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.

ACCEPTABLE RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUND REQUESTS

  • Packages lost in transit - the claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
  • Misprinted/damaged/defective items - items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Wrong size items - the size tag on the product/package does not match the order.

GENERAL

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to PrintKK's facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipping them to yourself or your end customer.
