The colour might be effected when converted to CMYK colour profile which is used for printing. For the best accuracy, we suggest that you convert the print file to RGB colour profile in your design software.

We now don't support the product templates for designing on your side. Make sure that print files have at least 150 dpi after editing.

Poor quality products have return and resend policy to protect your rights and interests.

PrintKK guarantees the limitation of fulfilment time, if your orders are over the time PrintKK promised, compensation will be made.

If the items are lost in delivery or logistic is not updated over 30 days, we will give a full refund or resend.

If customers place an order at PrintKK, but the product is out of stock and we haven't notified customers in advance, which causes unnecessary loss for customers, PrintKK gives full refund and 10% product price compensation.
